My experience two years ago, precisely when I was in third grade senior high school, I tried to change my appearance, I really wanted to have an ideal body. Two years ago, I was very excited to have an ideal body, because with a fat body I found it difficult to move actively and feel tired quickly. From then, I decided to diet.

The diet that I was going through at that time was very tiring, I had to exercise, like running around my house, it felt heavy for me, I tried to get rid of my laziness. when I was on a diet I only ate once a day, with very little portions, without being noticed by my parents, when it felt very difficult for me. After a week on my diet, my weight dropped five pounds. I am happy with the results I got, but my condition is not good, because the diet pattern that I live is wrong. When I got home from school I fainted, my parents were surprised to see that. Because in a day I only eat once and in very small portions, so it has a bad impact on my stomach.

Since then I have had stomach ulcers. I was sick for a week, I could not move as usual, like going to school, walking and others, I had to rest completely. The first diet I went through failed miserably, I was very disappointed with that. All my hopes for an ideal body have been lost and I didn't want to go on a diet anymore. My mother forbids me to diet, because a diet with the wrong pattern is very dangerous, not good for health. From the moment on I returned to my routine as usual.

Okay guys, that you know this story is sad. As we know, regret always comes at the end. If at the beginning it's called "registration". Uupss, it's just a fictional story. Hopefully no one has ever experienced such an event.
